Can I ask you a quick question? If you or someone you know was thinking about buying or selling a home, do you have an agent you'd refer to?
(If yes) - Great! Do you mind if I ask their name? (they may not be able to remember the name, which means they are not terribly invested in that agent!) If they say a name, you can say "that's good. It's important to have a full-time professional agent on your side!"
(If no) I'd really like to be that agent! Would you mind if I sent you information from time to time? I have a select group of folks like you that I like to keep in touch with and send important information to occasionally.
